"I'm passionate about helping people transform their health and restore vitality using a holistic and personalised approach."

BMBS BMedSci, MRCS, MRCGP
I believe that everyone deserves to feel healthy. I prefer to use nutrition and natural therapies because it’s a gentler approach and it gives you the chance to make powerful shifts in your health through simple changes.
I have been a qualified doctor since 2006. Before becoming a GP I had a varied career through surgery and aesthetic medicine, working in NHS hospitals around the country and setting up aesthetic clinics across Yorkshire. I qualified as a GP in 2013 and became a partner in a large practice just outside Leeds. It taught me that good healthcare is about so much more than treating a person's symptoms. Relationships, employment, home life, food, environment, past events, etc all have an influence on current and future health.
I trained with the Institute of Functional Medicine in the US, completing their 5-day introductory course as well as 6 advanced modules (Gut, Immune, Environmental, Cardiometabolic, Hormones, Energy). This led to further training in Bioidentical Hormone Therapy with the Marion Gluck Academy in London.
I opened my private practice in Leeds in 2018. I hold several professional registrations including GMC, Royal College of GPs, Royal College of Surgeons. I am a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine and the Marion Gluck Academy.
