I can't thank you enough for all the great email comments you sent in response to my email on Wednesday! You shared such valuable insight and there were many overlapping struggles and wishes.
Here are a few of the things in the “absolutely positively must be included in the course” responses I received:
-First steps. new habits to implement into everyday life
-What supplements are best for gut health
-Easy, quick recipes with ingredients that can be found locally
-How to find root cause of common gut complaints such as Candida overgrowth, SIBO and leaky gut
-Essential foods to have in the cupboard for gut health
-Should we all be taking a probiotic?
-More information about allergy/food intolerance, histamine intolerance.
I'm going to cover all these in the course!
One topic that came up in several responses had to do with HOW to implement new changes, in small, easy to manage steps.
