I have always felt passionate about health, originally training as a nurse before entering the pharmaceutical industry, and running a sales and marketing company.
However, my own health issues brought me to Functional Medicine and inspired me to train as a Health Coach through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy.
My role within Dr Amina’s multidisciplinary team is to support you through every stage of your personalised health and nutritional plan to enable you to achieve your vision of optimal health and wellbeing.
Together, we explore the many factors impacting your health, guiding you through the lifestyle changes you feel ready to make, and encouraging your progress. My aim is to help you regain your health and live life to your fullest potential.
Nathalie has a BSc in Nutritional Medicine from the University of West London and a BSc (Hon) in Psychology. She is a BANT Registered Nutritionist working in the community and a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner CNHC.
Nathalie takes a functional approach in practice, drawing on evidence based research to provide dietary advice with an interest in nutrigenomics, chronic fatigue, autoimmunity and children’s health. As a BANT registered Nutritionist, she is regularly invited to speak in spas, schools and corporate settings; running workshops and cooking demonstrations.
She has a passion for the practical elements, running cooking demonstrations/classes for both adults and children.

"I am passionate about healing and I want to help my patients feel healthy and happy. Years of working as a doctor left me feeling frustrated that people were not truly getting better. With the increasing demand of chronic illness on our health system, I believe a new approach is necessary"
